Rewired & Real is focused on spreading kindness to create a positive impact on mental health.
We see our kids, their friends, neighbors, classmates and family members struggle with not feeling good enough. Whether this is due to social media pressures (or any media, for that matter) of growing up, bullying, a stressful home environment, etc. All of these factors can contribute to low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and more! We are just not going to stand by watching this all happen without doing something to change it!
Who would have thought that something as simple as being KIND can literally change the course of an individuals life and improve both their mental and physical health. This is why we are so passionate about spreading kindness! We want to change lives in every community!
